I’ve blogged before, but I’m hoping this will be different. I used to feel like I was basically posting to my online diary (bad idea), and essentially just post whatever random thoughts I had and occasionally some poetry. Don’t get me wrong, I was clearly happy to share those things, although sometimes it might’ve been slightly embarrassing, but who actually read them? Probably no one, besides a few of my friends who thought it was funny to casually reference my blog posts in conversation. Honestly, there wasn’t much of a point to my blog besides giving me an outlet to share whatever random thought I happened to have, which doesn’t make for much of an audience.
This is where that’s going to change. Of course I’ll still share my thoughts on things, but I plan on being intentional and relevant. No more internet over-sharing…and chances are there won’t be much poetry involved, because that’s not usually relevant either. Only intellectual, and (hopefully) inspiring thoughts and posts from here on out!
